With the wide application of light board (Fiber cement board, Calcium silicate board, Plaster board .ect) in the construction decoration. The problem of cracks between the board is becoming particularly important.

SENTEGO joint filler can effectively avoid the cracking and separation phenomenon of board joints. Its composition and compounds do not contain harmful substances for health.

Instruction

Clean the places requiring filling, dust clearing is the main purpose of this step.Clean the places to be filled once with clear water.1st fill: Press the joint filler plaster for approx 1mm thickness 50mm wide for groove edge board with filling knife or caulker when the board is still wet ,square edge board approx 0.5mm thickness. Allow to set (approx 1.5-2 hours).To seal joints between boards, press with hand to the Self-adhesive Joint tape firmly into position.2nd fill: Apply filler firmly into tapered depression where board meet and ‘Smooth out’ with filling knife or caulker ,approx another 1mm thickness 50mm wide. To produce minimal ‘Crowning effect’Fill depressions above nail heads. Smooth out with filling knife. When set ,Sand lightly with fine Sanding and Painting shall be continued when the joint filler are completely dried or 24h later when the step 5 is completed.
